Manage Your Account
- Go to the account registration page.
- Complete the open fields.
- Click the “Create” button to submit your account details.
You will then be redirected to your account dashboard. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

Go to your account page login. Under the login fields, click the “Forgot password” link and follow the commands to receive a link to create a new password via email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped, and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. You can also track the order status of your current and past orders on your account page.
Go to your account page to view orders you have placed. Then click the “cancel” button next to the order you wish to cancel. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
Go to your account page to view your order status. Check that all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact us for assistance.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
If you're unhappy with an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt, just send it back to us and we'll refund the purchase price, minus a flat postage fee of $6.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, and are always free.
Please note, gift cards are exempt from being returned.

- Note the following details on your packing slip:
- Circle the item(s) that you’re including in your shipment
- For each item, circle whether you wish to “return for a refund” or “make an exchange” and note the quantity of each
- For exchanges, please note the item that you would like to make the exchange for
- For returns, please note the reason(s) for the return
- Pack your shipment securely, in the original package, and include your original packing slip.
- Print out the pre-paid USPS return shipping label that was emailed to you.
- Affix your USPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Take the package to your nearest USPS drop-off location.
Pricing and Billing Policy
We do not currently charge sales tax on orders placed through zumablu.com.
All orders $75 and more ship free. Otherwise, shipping is a flat fee of $6.

Refunds usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
